Mohammad FaizanZahid is a final year medical student at the Aga Khan University Medical College, Karachi, Pakistan. He came to the Aga Khan University in 2009 after having completed his higher education (A’ Levels and O’ Levels) from The Lahore Alma School in Lahore, Pakistan.

Mohammad FaizanZahid research interests incline towards the field of hematology/oncology with a very strong focus on malignant hematology and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, which are the fields I intend to specialize in. In addition, he was also interested in research concerning infectious diseases, especially infections caused by free living amoeba and infections in patients with cancer and recipients of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
