Dr. Moul Dey completed her PhD from University of Calcutta and Post-doctoral from Cornell University, USA. She is an Associate Professor in Department of Health & Nutritional Sciences of South Dakota State University, USA. Her areas of interests are Molecular Nutrition, Nutrigenomics, Bioactive Dietary Components; Cell and Molecular Biology: Signal Transduction; Epigenetics, Biomedical Translational Research (obesity, cancer, inflammation).
