Qiumei Shi is currently working as a Researcher at College of Life Science, Xinjiang University, China. As a researcher, he is a recipient of many awards for his valuable contributions and discoveries in Plant Science. His research interests lie in tamarisk, nebkha, growth form, Taklamakan desert, halophyte.  His research interests as a Research Scholar reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
