R P Singh is the Director of Banaras Hindu University, India. He is a Professor at Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, India. As a Professor, he is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in plant science. His research interests lie in Genetics, Plant Breeding, Casein hydrolysate, Kinetin, Priming, Oryza sativa, Somatic embryogenesis. He is the Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
