Reydezel Torres-Torres is awarded PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics (INAOE) the year of 2003. Currently, he is working as a Researcher for National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics (INAOE). His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. Journal of Electrical Engineering and Electronic Technology is one of his journals that he contributed.
