Biography
Richard J. Kagan, M.D., FACS, is the chief of staff for Shriners Hospitals for Children — Cincinnati, and is board certified by the American Board of Surgeons. He received an undergraduate degree in chemistry from Case Western Reserve University, and earned his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Kagan completed a residency in general surgery at University of Illinois hospitals. Dr. Kagan is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Burn Association.
