Biography
Prof. Roser Garcia Armengol received her medical degree from the University of Barcelona in 2001, then she moved to the University Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol in Badalona for her neurosurgery residency, obtaining her specialist title in 2009. Since then, she works at the Son Dureta University Hospital, and Josep Trueta University Hospital, and work together with Neuroradiology Unit in the protocol for the pilot study of the DTI in patients with hydrocephalus. Prof. Roser Garcia Armengol worked in 2012 as associate professor in the medicine faculty of the University of Girona. Actually she is working in Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital in Badalona and specializes in Hydrocephalus, and Neurooncology, and is also currently main Researcher of “Brain damage biomarkers multicentric study” and a “Multicenter, Randomized, Double- blind, placebo-Controlled, Parallel-group study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, and Pharmacokinetics of SUN 13837 injection in adult subjects with Acute Spinal Cord Injury Protocol nº ASBI 603. She is PhD candidate, working in diagnoses of Hydrocephalus project.
