Biography
Dr. Sharareh Hekmat is awarded PhD in Nutrition and Food Sciences from Utah State University. She holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Nutrition and Food Sciences from Utah State University. Followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) Biology from Utah State University. She has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, she is working as a Professor for Brescia University/Division of Food and Nutritional Sciences. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests as a Professor reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
