Presently Dr Sourabh Deb is working as Assistant Professor in Tripura University. His research area of specialization is Agroforestry and Forest Ecology. Dr Deb Published ten articles in various national and international journals. Dr Deb was a member for The American Biographical Institute (ABI) recognized as a distinguished standing and has been conferred with an honorary appointment to the Research Board of Advisors since 2002,  Mycological Society of India (2006-2007), Botanical Society of India (2006-2008), International Society for Conservation (2008-09), National Environmental Science Academy, New Delhi (2014). He handled various National Projects and successfully completed.
