Dr. Victor S. Grinevich is currently the Head of International Relations Office, Odessa Mechnikov National University and the Professor in physics and mathematics for Foreign students. He completed his graduate and post graduate studies in Odessa Polytechnic Institute in electronic of semiconductor materials and Odessa I.I. Mechnikov State University in physics of semiconductors and dielectrics respectively. He earned his PhD in Physics &Mathematics. Apart from lecturing in Physics and Mathematics in English for foreign students at Odessa, Dr. Grinevich is the Corresponding Member of the Ukrainian Ecological Academy of Sciences. He is the Academic Secretary in the South Region Scientific Center of the National Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (Physics) Activity in the frames of official duties. He is the Ukrainian representative in the European Union committee's educational project: “The Diploma Supplement”, Brussels, in 1997 and 1998. The project is connected with the elaboration of the Universal (for the aims of employment) Higher Education Diploma Supplement. He has nearly 100 scientific publications in physics , physical methods in nature protection, material science and transformations in education technologies and has participated in more than 30 scientific Conferences and Work Shops in physics of semiconductors and material sciences.
