Dr. Judith Waswa is a Kenyan citizen, She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Applied Human Nutrition in the Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Technology. She holds a Masters degree in Public Health (Nutrition) from Moi University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Maseno University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture &Home Economics from Egerton University. Her areas of specialization include: Nutrition research; Nutrition Education; Food and Nutritional disorders; Macro & Micro Nutrient Malnutrition and Nutrition Anthropology.
