Dr. Zaheer Khan did Ph. D. from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India on the kinetics and mechanism of ninhydrin interaction with amino acids. He joined Dept of Chemistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, in 1995. He was promoted from Associate professor to full Professor in 2009. In 2006, he also joined the Dept of chemistry, King Absul Aziz University, Jeddah for some years. Dr Khan has published more than 160 research publications in various journals of international repute. He is primarily working in the field of surface science (micellar assisted reactions), nanotechnology with main focus on synthesis and kinetics of Bio-nanomaterials and their applications.
