Biography

Originally from the USA, Paula Fonseca is a teacher and researcher at the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, Portugal. She has been teaching English and Spanish at the higher education level in Portugal since 1995. She holds an International Doctorate degree from the University of Salamanca, Spain in the area of English Philology, Linguistics and Literature recognized by the “Direção-Geral do Ensino Superior de Portugal. She also holds a Masters in Teaching Foreign Languages from the University of Aveiro, Portugal and another Masters in Education in Teaching English as a Second Language from Rhode Island College, USA.
