Sebaceous gland carcinoma (SGC) of eye lid is a rare malignant neoplasm of ocular adnexa with aggressive local behavior. Because of its rarity and resemblance with other orbital lesion, cytological diagnosis is often challenging. In this article we highlight the cytological features of SGC and its differential diagnosis.
