Importance of Renal Volume in the Pre-Operative Assessment of the Renal Function in a Donor: A Study by Multi-Detector Computed Tomography

• Aims and Objectives: The objective of the present study was to analyze the correlation between the GFR(glomerular filtration rate)measured by scintigraphy with Cr 51-EDTA and the calculation of RV(renal volume) by means of multidetector CT in the preoperative study of the renal function of the living donor.
