Dr Hajo Haase currently works at the Institut für Lebensmitteltechnologie und Lebensmittelchemie, Technische Universität Berlin. Hajo does research in Toxicology, Anaesthetics and Clinical Immunology. studied chemistry at the University of Bremen from 1993 to 1998, followed by a doctorate as a Dr. rer. nat. in 2001.
