Biography

Dr Hajo Haase currently works at the Institut für Lebensmitteltechnologie und Lebensmittelchemie, Technische Universität Berlin. Hajo does research in Toxicology, Anaesthetics and Clinical Immunology. studied chemistry at the University of Bremen from 1993 to 1998, followed by a doctorate as a Dr. rer. nat. in 2001. From 2001 to 2003 he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Center for Biochemical Sciences and Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
