Dr. Karam Zaki is an associate professor of human resources management at the College of Science and Humanities, Shaqra University, Saudi Arabia. Prior to this, he was an associate professor of Hotel Management at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Fayoum University, Egypt. He also has been a post-doctoral research fellow at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Dr. Zaki undertook his post-graduate studies and received his Ph.D. in hospitality human resource management from both Cardiff Metropolitan University and Fayoum University. He has a special interest in human resource management, business administration and performance, and sustainability research in the hospitality and tourism sector.
