In this paper Chemical Reaction Optimization (CO) algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal reactive power dispatch Problem. To solve reactive power problem algorithm can regulate molecular structure and energy management. And it leads to strong flexibility of the algorithm. Candidate solution for a specific problem is encoded as a molecule in Chemical Reaction Optimization (CO) algorithm.
