Biography

Mostafa Attia A El-Fattah is a disabled (blind) researcher with lived experience that has inspired me to advocate for the mainstreaming of disability rights through my participation in policy consultation, development programs and voluntary activities. These engagements have enhanced my knowledge of disability and inclusive development and provided me with an in-depth understanding of the global obstacles facing people with disabilities. My fields of expertise include higher education, inclusive employment, assistive technology, disability rights movements and inclusive development.

Organic Food as a New Trend in the Egyptian Hospitality Industry: Perspectives of Hotel Guests and Employees;

The study originates from a need to reveal the level of the use of organic foods in the hospitality industry in Egypt. The main aim of this study is to explore the importance of organic food in the Egyptian hotel industry. Questionnaires were distributed to hotel employees and guests in three Egyptian destinations to investigate their perspectives in terms of the concept of organic food.
