Nelson A. Barber, PhD is an Associate Professor of Hospitality Management in the Peter T. Paul college of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. His research focus is directed toward understanding consumer behavior, purchase behavior, and decision making (demand side research), with particular attention lodging, social media, and wine. He has published numerous articles in such journals as the Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Wine Business Research, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research, Journal of Product Innovation Management, and the Journal of Consumer Marketing, among others.
