Qing C Chen Professor of Pathology (Hematopathology)
Dr. Chen is a board certified pathologist with expertise in all aspects of diagnostic hematopathology. She serves as the Medical Director of the Clinical Flow Cytometry Laboratory. Dr. Chen completed her residency and fellowship training in anatomic/clinical pathology and hematopathology at Cornell Medical Center in New York, and was a research fellow at Princeton University. She received her Ph.D. from Oregon Health & Science University,

Archives of clinical pathology, is recently coined journal, successfully releasing its issues. It is an open access peer reviewed journal. In which the issues are released biannually. Infectious diseases pose a greater challenge today. Pathology is a study of cause and effects of a disease. In general pathology studies the cause of the disease, the mechanism of disease progression, structural alterations in cells in response to the disease causing agent, the consequences of the changes (symptoms). There are several branches in the field of pathology. Clinical pathology is a branch of medical sciences which deals with the diagnosis of a disease.
