Biography

Sarah Received her Master’s in Social Work with a Mental Health concentration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Virginia. Additionally, Sarah is a graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She teaches executives, entrepreneurs, students, and military veterans how to enhance the quality of their life and leadership through mindfulness-based practices.
