Clinical Associate Professor Shantha Amrith is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Ophthalmology at the National University Hospital in Singapore. She is an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon, active in clinical practice and research. She has published several articles in notable journals and has reviewed several journal articles for international ophthalmology journals. Dr. Amrith is also involved in postgraduate teaching and has been an examiner locally and abroad. She is a founding member and past treasurer of APSOPRS. In 2011, Dr. Amrith was awarded the "APAO Achievement Award" by the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology.
