Role of Escherichia coli Pili Adhesion Molecule to Inhibit Escherichia coli Adhesion to Human Spermatozoa In vitro

To investigate capacity of adhesin molecule to inhibit the adhesion of Escherichia coli (E. coli) to human spermatozoa in vitro. E. coli was obtained by culturing the semen of infertile males. Spermatozoa were taken from healthy donors with normal spermatozoa according to WHO criteria (1999). Pili cutting were performed five times gradually using omnimixer.
