As a Rubenstein Fellow, Gordon taught courses in political science and public policy on issues related to national security and leadership in the public sphere. Gordon was hosted at Duke by the Program in American Grand Strategy and affiliated with the Sanford School of Public Policy and the Fuqua School of Business.The Honorable Susan (Sue) M. Gordon served as the fifth Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence from August 2017 until August 2019. Perceptions of Hotel Concierges on Effects of Technology on Guest Service and their Positions
This study looked at how the role of the hotel concierge has changed due to technological advancements that have allowed guests to access information via their smart phones and laptops. The objective was to determine if the role of the concierge has changed in relation to the volume and types of customer requests that concierges in the United States receive.
