Two patients from a single institution presented for bilateral lesions of the caruncle. The first patient was a 12-year-old boy with bilateral caruncular lesions that had been present since birth and slowly growing. The second patient was a healthy 29-year-old woman with similar bilateral lesions. The lesions were excised in both patients, and histopathologic evaluation showed the lesions to be consistent with dermoid cysts.
