Phaco-emusification is the most preferred technic at cataract surgery. Rate of dislocated intraocular lens (IOL) into the vitreous has been increased in this surgery. We reported here the results of a case who has dislocated IOL into the vitreous at the time of phaco-emulsification surgery and posterior chamber IOL located to sulcus at a secondary surgical procedure.
