Biography
Dr. Kaufman has over 25 years of experience in the hotel, restaurant and travel industries, having worked in various facets from management to line employee positions with the following companies: Wall Street Deli; Comfort Inn and Rocky Mountain Tours and Travel. Dr. Kaufman teaches Restaurant Management, Restaurant Marketing, Lodging Management, and Tourism Management. She hopes to bring a unique perspective to the classroom based on her varied background and 18 years of university teaching experience.
