I also focus on working condditions and career paths of doctors and dentists for sustainable human resources in healthcare and measuring health care quality indicators and outcome using national adiministrative data. work together with OCED and WHO on qualiity improvemrnt initiatives in japan healthcare

Background: Recent changes in Japanese society, such as a declining birth rate and aging population and the trend towards smaller families have had a serious impact on families with babies and children.
