Modulation of TRP Activation and Nerve Conduction for Analgesia

Antinociception is produced as a result of various actions including the modulation by analgesics of transient receptor potential (TRP) channel activation and nerve conduction. Elucidation of such a modulation produced by analgesics may serve to understand a cellular mechanism for antinociception.
