Biography
Dr. Robert Clegg is an Associate Professor of Administrative Sciences in the College of Pharmacy at California Health Sciences University (CHSU). Aside from his work at CHSU, Dr. Clegg is a Certified Core Faculty Member for the College of Health and Human Services at National University where he teaches a vast array of online health administration, public health and allied health courses for baccalaureate and masters-level students. Previously, he was the Lead Faculty Area Chair (LFAC)/Certified Faculty Member for the College of Health Sciences/Nursing at the University of Phoenix – Central Valley Campus. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Clegg spent nearly a decade as the Risk Manager at a large acute care hospital in Fresno and proudly served in the United States Navy for nearly 16 years.
Academically, Dr. Clegg earned both his Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master of Public Health at Fresno State, and a Doctorate in Human Services with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration (graduation with distinction) from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN. Furthermore, he is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
