Abstract

A 58- year-old lady presented with history of blurring of vision on both eyes which was more severe on the right side. She denied any eye pain, redness or any history of trauma and eye surgery. She suffers from schizophrenia since 30 years ago and has been treated with long term chlorpromazine.
