Scitechnol publications has global presence with more than 150 prestigious journals covering all disciplines of Clinical, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Neurosciences, Environmental Science. These journals are designed to be inclusive in scope and application oriented. The Editorial Manager ensures efficient and quick Manuscript Tracking, facilitating easy submission and review, where authors can track its progress online. This journal promotes rigorous research that makes a significant contribution in advancing knowledge for cancer diagnosis and therapy.

For the last 8 years, published papers has be under the strong and able leadership of our Editor-in-Chief’s by Dr. Michael W Retsky, PhD.

Scope of Journal

The journal includes all major themes like research papers, review papers, case reports, online letters to the editors & brief comments on previously published articles or any other relevant findings pertaining but not limited to the field of medical oncology, surgery, radiotherapy and pediatric oncology and with an impact factor of 1.059.The journal indexed in Crossref IIJIF Sherpa Romeo Open J gate Journal Database Cosmos Scilit Google Scholar and Index Copernicus Value: 80.38

Pediatric oncology

Pediatric Oncology is dedicated to the challenging field of childhood cancers. Contributions to the diagnosis and therapeutic management of pediatric tumours, reviews of recent advances and emerging concepts to benefit basic and clinical research, as well as standards of care in the field will be considered in this specialty.

Carcinogens

Carcinogens are usually, but not necessarily, mutagens or teratogens. They cause cancer by modifying cellular metabolism or damaging DNA in cells, which interferes with normal biological processes. Aflatoxin B1, which is produced by the fungus Aspergillus flavus growing on stored grains, nuts and peanut butter, is an example of a potent, naturally occurring microbial carcinogen.

Neoplasm

The unusal growth of the cells, also called as tumor, is described as neoplasm. It can be a small growth, such as moleor cancerous or pre cancerous tumor. They are mostly not dangerous for the health.

Psycho oncology

Psycho-Oncology deals with the psychological, social, behavioural, and ethical aspects of cancer. It addresses the two major psychological dimensions of cancer: the psychological responses of patients to cancer at all stages of the disease (and that of their families and caretakers); and the psychological, behavioural and social factors that may influence the disease process.

Apoptosis

Apoptosis is organized form of cell death, or“cellular suicide.”It is different from necrosis, which includes cell death due to injury. Apoptosis is an orderly process in which the cell’s contents are encased into small packets of membrane for “garbage collection” by immune cells. It removes cells during development, eliminates potentially cancerous and virus-infected cells, and maintains balance in the body.

Oncogenes

A gene that is a mutated (changed) form of a gene involved in normal cell growth. Oncogenes may cause the growth of cancer cells. Mutations in genes that become oncogenes can be inherited or caused by being exposed to substances in the environment that cause cancer.

Stepping ahead towards 2020

The Journal is aiming towards recently evolved radiology imaging concepts like Clinical Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, 3D Medical Imaging, Less dosed radiotherapy techniques in clinical oncology.

Statistical analysis

In 2020,the journal marked a viewers analytics of 400+ from across the world covered almost every part of the countries. The issues were published online and observed that the visitors have obtained the journal pages for reading and deriving the information for their use.

Acknowledgements

I would like to express the gratitude to all authors, reviewers, publishers and editorial board of journal for their support. I would like to appreciate editors and reviewers warm work solemnly, their work has enhanced and consolidated its presence in emerging research areas.
