Abstract
Neuropathic pain presents unique diagnostic and therapeutic challenges due to its complex pathophysiology and variable patient responses. Dr. Lina Gómez from Madrid provides a comprehensive update on diagnostic criteria, screening tools, and pharmacologic management options for chronic neuropathic pain.
