The structure questionnaires were as follows: (1) Demographic questionnaire, (2) The Chinese version of Herth hope index, (3) Demoralization Scale- Mandarin Version (DS-MV), and (4) McGill Quality of Life Scale (MQOL-Taiwan version). With the demographic data of the patients mean age was 54.7511.37 years, most with religious beliefs (81.2%), disease stage most with first stage (58.4%), most of them without recurrence (80.2%), no complications (86.1%), the results of these people were the levels of hope were high (38.15±5.29), level of demoralized (27.1115.03) were low and average of overall quality of life were high (7.322.22). It indicated the quality of life in patients with endometrial cancer was in middle and upper level. The Cronbach’s alpha for four categories of MQOL were 0.85, 0.90, 0.87 and 0.89. The multiple regression analysis to identify the important predictors of MQOL was demoralization and perceived personal health status. The total amount of R2 was 33.5%, with statistically significant. The results of this study showed the related factors in quality of life of endometrial cancer patients after treatment. It is suggested that the predictors of endometrial cancer could be references of care implementation in the future, which may provide better quality of care and enhance the quality of life of endometrial cancer patients.
