Abstract
Chronic pain is intricately linked with psychological factors such as anxiety, depression, and catastrophizing. Dr. Michael Nguyen from Sydney explores evidence-based psychological interventions including cognitive-behavioral (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness for chronic pain.
