Abstract
Joystick Games is a video game shop based in Texas that allows customers to buy, sell, and trade classic video games primarily those released in the 1980’s and 1990’s. Customers will also be allowed to buy and sell classic video game consoles such as the Nintendo Entertainment System, Sega Genesis, and Sega Dreamcast among others. An online game store will also be available for customers who wish to buy video games from the comfort of their own home. The mission of the store is to provide gamers with the opportunity of playing classic video games that may not be easy to find in other game stores like Gamestop. This shop can be beneficial for gamers of all ages. New gamers who never had a chance to play video games from past generations and are curious about the games that built the video game industry, can learn a lesson in video game history first-hand. Long-time gamers who are feeling nostalgic or maybe tired of the more “mature” video games of current times can relive the glory days gone by. Our slogan is “Taking Gamers Back to Their Roots.” Joystick Games is focused on being customer-centered. Our purpose is not only to provide customers with a huge selection of quality used video games but also to provide an outstanding customer experience.
