Abstract

From following Professor FAN Binghua clinical and studying experienced cases ,summarizing the academic viewpoints and methods of curing of Professor FAN Binghua treating spondylolisthesis of Lumbar, with two different cases in different ways for comparing and learning the different choosing between them in curing, and the related academic ideas. Based on theory of relationship between symptoms and etiology, Professor FAN came up with concept of where there is symptom, there is reason and curing etiology should be put forward. As the key of etiology should be hold on in clinic, making a distinction between true and pseudospondylolisthesis from slight spots, to the points of spondylolisthesis of Lumbar, Professor FAN Binghua increated method of curing spondylolisthesis of Lumbar by combining rolling pulling manipulation of lumbar with hip on a pillow for correcting and that have obtained significant effectiveness. Prof.FAN has flexible thoughts, clear pertinence, and strong practicality. Besides, he also opening new ways and ideas in curing spondylolisthesis of Lumbar in clinic, and it is worth drawing reference and learning.
