Without the incorporation of consumer cancer chemotherapy drugs, the cancer products market is roughly an $89 billion market. Cancer drugs revenue was USD 112.90 billion in 2015 and is expected to generate revenue of around USD161.30 billion by end of 2021, growing at a CAGR of around 7.4% between 2016 and 2021. Oncology continues to be an area of active interest with a robust pipeline of over 600 molecules in the late-stage development of which 90% is a targeted therapy.
