Methodology of Athlete's Recovery in the Gym after Various Knee Injuries
This article presents a systematic approach to the recovery of athletes in the gym after various knee injuries. Knee injuries are common in sports, often leading to significant downtime and requiring a well-structured rehabilitation program. The proposed methodology includes initial assessment, rehabilitation exercises, strength training, functional movement, and sport-specific drills. Each phase is designed to restore function, enhance strength, and prepare athletes for a return to competition. The implementation of this recovery methodology was evaluated through a series of performance tests, demonstrating significant improvements in strength, mobility, and functional capacity among participating athletes. This article aims to provide coaches and trainers with a comprehensive framework for aiding recovery in athlete’s postknee injury.
