Yajun Wuis working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Biology and Microbiology at South Dakota State University. His core area of expertise is Plant Stress Physiology.

He pursued his PhD in 1996 in Agronomy from University of Missouri. He is a member of American Society of Plant Biologists; American Association of the Advancement of Science.

His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
