Introduction: Squamous cell carcinoma of conjunctiva or cornea is a rare entity with varying clinical presentations. Often it is misdiagnosed as pterygium and undertreated.
Presentation: An unusual case of 40 year old male, vendor by occupation with multiple cystic lesions with partly gelatinous surface on left eye limbus from 7’o clock to 9’o clock position.
