Training Needs for Project Management Professionals in the Defense Industry
The authors report the findings of a Delphi study that sought to determine the most relevant training knowledge and abilities needed by the defense industry project management profession. The study used a panel of experts to develop a list of knowledge and abilities that were being practiced in industry that were not a part of the Program Management Institute’s Project Management Professional® credential.
