To analyze: (a) recurrence and focal point of APN-doctor joint efforts in a clinical preliminary in which a big part of doctor prebirth care for ladies with high-hazard pregnancies was subbed with APN pre-birth care conveyed in ladies' homes; and (b) attributes of ladies requiring more prominent quantities of coordinated efforts.
