The Green Synthesized Nanosilver and their Effects on the Multidrug Resistant Bacteria Ribosomal DNA
Green synthesis of reliable and eco-friendly of metallic nanoparticles is an important step in the field of nanotechnology. In this study silver nanoparticles were biosynthesized using Trichoderma sp. These particles were characterized by Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and XRD. The results showed well dispersed nanoparticles with size ranges between 0.025 µm to 0.047 µm. The antibacterial activity of the obtained nanoparticles was tested using agar well diffusion method.
