The clinicopathologic features of an isolated, primary adenoid cystic carcinoma of the lacrimal gland in a 65-year-old woman are discussed. The patient presented with a painless, slowly growing, anterior orbital mass, which appeared well circumscribed without bony involvement on imaging. Excisional biopsy was performed and histopathological examination revealed the mass to be adenoid cystic carcinoma of the lacrimal gland.
