Introduction and Objectives: Heart failure affects not only patients’ lives but also caregivers who are considered as the most important source of care for patients and the health care system. Perceived stress, especially during exacerbations period of disease increased. Furthermore, training the stress management skills increases the ability of individuals to reduce stress and adapt to stressful situations; so this study is conducted with the purpose of determining the effect of training stress management skills on perceived stress of family caregivers of patients with heart failure.
