Biography

JOSEPH LEMA, Ph.D., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, is a Professor of Hospitality and Tourism Management in the School of Business at Stockton University located in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Prof. Lema’s professional experience includes hospitality industry management in ultra-competitive markets. He is a Fulbright scholar through the US State Department and a US-ASEAN Fulbright Specialist who lectures and conducts research in the area of international hospitality & tourism services. Prof. Lema is an appointed Global Labor Organization (GLO) Fellow in addition to serving on numerous editorial review boards and memberships in hospitality and tourism industry associations.

Customer-based brand equity is one of the widely used concepts to measure and evaluate brand performance.
