Heuristic Optimization Approach for Load Balancing problem With QoS Service

Nowadays, transportation problems (such as freight transportation, routing problem, etc.), became an important issue for the international and locals economic. In this article, we are interesting on the term service network design which covers the tactical planning issues for consolidation transportation. In this paper, we will propose a hyperheuristic (HH) method in order to design paths for data packets, taking into consideration certain parameters of Quality of Service (QoS) such as packets priorities, packets types, etc.
