Radiographic Assessment of Lumbosacral Angle Changes Undergoing Computer Navigated MIS-TLIF in Patients with Degenerative Spondylolisthesis

Purpose: To evaluate the role of computer navigation MIS-TLIF in lumbosacral degenerative spondylolisthesis patients in correcting and restoring sagittal balance. Methods: Lumbosacral angle in 40 degenerative spondylolisthesis patients who underwent L5/S1 or L4/5 computer navigated MISTLIF were studied by Ferguson’s method on lateral x-ray. Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) and VAS (visual analog score) were evaluated pre-operatively and post-operatively follow-up time. Results: Lumbosacral angle of 40 patients who underwent computer navigated MIS-TLIF.
